The tools are helpers, not professional advice

Word counts, page estimates, reading times, and text transforms are approximations for planning. Invoice and quote pages format numbers you enter. They are not accounting, tax, bookkeeping, or legal advice, and they are not a substitute for software or professionals that your situation may require.

No individualized legal documents

DocumentMage does not create contracts, court filings, tax returns, or other documents intended as legal or governmental instruments. Do not treat generated text or totals as advice tailored to you.

Your content

You are responsible for the text and business details you enter. Do not paste content you are not allowed to use. Because launch tools run in the browser, you remain in control of whether you copy, print, or download a result.

Availability

The site is provided as-is. Tools may change, and we may add or remove pages. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that a count or total will match another program.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, DocumentMage is not liable for lost work, incorrect counts, missed deadlines, unpaid invoices, or other damages arising from use of the site. Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
