DocumentMage is a document-utility website. This policy describes how the current launch site handles information. It is written for the tools that exist today, not for features we have not shipped.

Tool processing

The public launch tools process the text or form values you enter in your browser. DocumentMage does not upload those contents to our servers as part of the tool’s normal operation. We also do not log the contents of your drafts.

If you print, copy, or download a result, that action happens on your device. Browser extensions, employer devices, or the email app opened from the contact form can still see what you choose to share. We do not claim that no software on your computer can ever read the page.

Local drafts

The invoice and quote generators can optionally save a draft in this browser’s local storage. That draft stays on the device you used. Clearing site data or using another browser removes it. We cannot recover a local draft.

What we do not collect on launch tools

Hosting and future advertising

The website files are served by whatever host we use in production. Hosts typically see standard request logs such as IP address, user agent, and the URL requested. Those logs are not the text you paste into a tool.

DocumentMage is designed so Google AdSense can be added later. Ads are not installed on this launch build. If advertising is enabled in a later release, this policy will be updated before ads load, because ad partners typically set cookies and collect device data.
