Examples

Two line items — 6 hours at $120 and 2 hours at $90 — plus 0% tax produce a $900 invoice you can print the same day.

Product invoice with tax

A $200 item with 7.25% tax adds $14.50 tax when no discount is applied.

How to use it

Limits

  • The generator does not create legally required invoices for every US jurisdiction.
  • It does not send the invoice by email or collect payment.

Does DocumentMage store my invoices?

No. The invoice is assembled in your browser. If you enable the optional local draft, it stays on this device only.

Is this valid for taxes or bookkeeping?

This is a formatting tool. It does not file taxes, calculate sales-tax nexus, or replace accounting software. Confirm required fields with your advisor.

How do I get a PDF?

Use your browser’s Print dialog and choose Save as PDF. DocumentMage does not upload the invoice to create a PDF on a server.
